Melatonina Melanoctina

Melatonin is a hormone secreted naturally by a small gland in our body (the pineal gland), which is responsible (among many other things) for regulating sleep patterns.

Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag and to decrease the time needed to fall asleep.

How to take melatonina?

It is very important to know that melatonin does not need to be taken in high doses and it will depend a lot on age, as it decreases as the years go by.

Plameca Melanoctin contains 1.95 mg and a tablet is enough under the tongue half an hour before starting sleep (and always at night).

Melatonina - Precautions

  • Pregnant women and nursing mothers: consult a professional before taking Melanoctin®.
  • At recommended doses, it can increase the sedative properties of other products and may slightly lower blood pressure.

Melanoctina - Ingredients

Bulking agents (dextrato, microcrystalline cellulose), Disintegrant (croscarmellose sodium), pure Melatonin 1.95 mg and Lubricant (magnesium stearate).
